Our Team
Andrea Pavlik, Multisite Center Manager, Certified Orthotist, and Certified Fitter of Mastectomy
Andrea has been with the NovaCare P&O team since 2004. She has a passion for pediatric and neurological bracing. She is also a certified cranial remolding specialist and mastectomy fitter. Andrea is active in the Wisconsin Society of Orthotists, Prosthetists and Pedorthists, having served on their Board of Directors since 2005 and as current President since 2013. She is a lifelong resident of the Sheboygan area and excited to serve the community she grew up in. Andrea and her husband operate a small, environmentally sustainable vineyard and orchard.
Brian Schmidt, Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Brian began his career as a prosthetic tech in 1986, transitioning to patient care via apprenticeship and earning his ABC certified orthotist credentials in 2004 and BOC certified prosthetist in 2012. Having worked in both the fabrication and patient care sides of the industry, Brian has a unique appreciation for how products can be manipulated to improve patient function. He lives in the Green Bay area with his wife and enjoys spending time in northern Wisconsin at their cabin.
