Our Team

Mark Slobodinsky , P.T., DPT

Mark earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2010 from the University of Pittsburgh and doctorate of physical therapy in 2014 from Temple University. He completed a specialized strength and conditioning internship at Carnegie Mellon University where he worked with Division III level athletes. Mark has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, but also has spent time in acute rehabilitation. He is proficient in treating all parts of the body, and evaluates patients from early adolescent to the geriatric population. He enjoys working with specialized conditions such as concussion rehabilitation, and is trained in using instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and other hands-on therapy techniques. Mark is passionate about treating sports injuries, including running-related injuries. He enjoys golfing, hiking and running, as well as spending time with his wife, daughters and dog. He has competed in races that range from 5k to ultramarathons

Marissa Harrigan , P.T., DPT

Marissa joined the NovaCare Rehabilitation team in October 2020 after earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2017 from West Chester University and a doctorate of physical therapy in 2020 from Alvernia University. Marissa has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, as well as sub-acute rehabilitation, with a focus on geriatrics and sport related injuries. Marissa excels at treating post-surgical procedures, balance difficulties and sport-related injuries, but is proficient in treating all conditions. Marissa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing softball, golfing or traveling with friends.

These universities include La Salle, Temple and Villanova where we are the official physical therapy and athletic training provider to the student-athletes.
