Our Team

Colony Hopkins, P.T., DPT, COMR, AIB-VR/CON, LSVT-BIG Certified, Market Manager

Colony began with NovaCare Rehabilitation in November 2019 and is currently a market manager and physical therapist. Colony has experience in many areas of the physical therapy world. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics since 2003. She has been involved in management since 2009 and was also part owner of a private practice in Woodstock, VA for 2 years. Colony enjoys treating a wide range of patients with a special interest in athletes and patients with low back pain. She is also certified in the LSVT BIG program for Parkinson's disease treatment.

Matthew Amick, PTA

Matt is a physical therapist assistant at the Uniontown clinic and began with NovaCare Rehabilitation in November 2018. Matt has a physical therapy background in a wide range of settings with a strong emphasis in outpatient orthopedics. Matt is certified in Revital cancer rehabilitation. He enjoys treating a wide variety of patients but has a special interest in working with athletes.

Cassandra Tworzydlo, P.T., DPT, Pelvic Health Therapist

Cassandra has been a physical therapist with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2019. She earned her bachelor's degree in sports and exercise science at Gannon University and her doctorate of physical therapy at Saint Francis University. Cassandra has experience in treating orthopedics, lymphedema and women's health. She currently specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy and is the lead pelvic health therapist at the Waynesburg, Uniontown and Washington locations.
