Our Team

Lindsay Felker, DPT, COMT, Center Manager

Lindsay is from Pittsburgh, PA. She earned a bachelor's of science degree in exercise physiology in 2006 at Slippery Rock University and a doctorate of physical therapy in 2010 at Duquesne University. She has been part of the NovaCare team since 2013. She has a direct access certification and won clinician of the quarter for all of western PA and Ohio in 2014. In November 2019, Lindsay received a certification in orthopedic manual therapy. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and has experience in orthopedics, post-operative conditions, work-related injuries, functional capacity exams, strength and conditioning, sports injuries, vestibular retraining and falls prevention. She believes in individualized treatment programs tailored to the needs of her patients.

Derek Sauder, P.T., DPT

Derek joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in 2023 as a physical therapy technician and began practicing as a physical therapist in 2024. Derek has special interests in chronic pain, low back pain, sports medicine and manual therapy. He has specialized training in advanced spine care and functional capacity evaluations.

His goal is to help patients build their confidence with the movements and activities they love.

Derek earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2022 and doctorate in physical therapy in 2024 from Lebanon Valley College.

Veronica "Roni" Taylor, P.T., DPT

Roni is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and strives to make rehabilitation a positive experience. Her experience includes working with patients on orthopedic post-surgical cases, sports and work-related injuries, balance training and fall prevention.

Roni is LSVT BIG certified, a specialized treatment protocol for patients with Parkinson's disease.

Roni earned a bachelor's degree in 2018 from West Chester University and doctorate in physical therapy in 2021 from Thomas Jefferson University.

Matt Horton, P.T., DPT, LMT

Matt is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping people not only recover from injury, but move, feel and live better for the long-term. He believes in proactive, preventative care that empowers patients to build strength, reduce pain and stay healthy.

With a clinical focus in functional strength training, mobility enhancement and movement, Matt brings advanced training in balance and vestibular rehabilitation, helping patients address dizziness, regain stability and reduce fall risk with confidence. Whether he's working with post-operative patients or performance driven individuals, Matt combines deep expertise with genuine care and fascia therapy.

Matt is a proud 2021 graduate of Alvernia University.

Chelsy Falk, PTA

Chelsy graduated from Central Penn College in 2016 and has been a part of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team since 2017.

Her favorite part of her job is patient interaction and helping patients reach their full potential.

Courtney Reedy, PTA

Courtney received her physical therapist assistant license from Central Penn College in 2021. She has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021 starting at our Honey Brook center before moving to our Denver location in 2024.

She has experience in pain management, orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular and geriatric rehabilitation. She enjoys helping patients return to work, sports and their daily activities.

Tammy Maczko, patient service specialist

Tammy has been part of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team since November 2022. She loves advocating for patients and helping them understand their benefits and needs. She grew up in Clearfield County and moved to Lancaster County in 1988.

Caitlin Halton, Patient Service Specialist

Caitlin grew up in Ephrata and began working for NovaCare in October 2024 as an office assistant until she moved into her patient service specialist position in July 2025.

She loves talking to and getting to know patients. She enjoys keeping up with the fast pace of the center.

Braden Lettorale, Office Assistant, Rehab Technician

Braden is a student pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at Penn State Berks, with a goal of becoming a physical therapist in the near future. He enjoys interacting with patients and keeping them motivated throughout their care program.

Ian Rapp, Office Assistant, Rehab Technician

Ian is a student at Penn State Berks pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with plans to attend graduate school for physical therapy. He is passionate about helping patients improve their mobility and overall quality of life while continuing to expand his knowledge in the field.

As a former athlete, Ian has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation and hopes to one day work with an athletic team supporting individuals in achieving peak performance and recovery.
