Our Team

Kathryn Caridi, DPT, Center Manager

Kathryn has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2014. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the New York Institute of Technology in 2014 where she played collegiate soccer. Kathryn is currently the center manager of the Southampton center. She specializes in concussion management, vestibular disorders and sports related injuries. Kathryn has interest in orthopedic and pediatric populations, with an emphasis on various techniques to help all patients enjoy their goals.

Bogdan Voschilo, DPT

Bogdan has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2019. He currently works in both outpatient rehabilitation and home care settings. Bogdan specializes in treating patients with sports injuries, geriatrics, back pain and those recovering from concussions or vestibular conditions. He completed both his bachelor's degree and doctorate in physical therapy at Temple University. He is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.

Amanda Kuptsow, DPT

Amanda has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2020. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Scranton in 2018. Amanda specializes in concussion management, vestibular disorders and cancer rehabilitation, receiving her ReVital certification in May 2023. Amanda has special interest in orthopedic and sports related injuries, with emphasis on various manual therapy techniques and progressive functional exercise to help all patients accomplish their therapy goals.

Jessie Perchaluk, OTD, M.S., OTR/L, CHT, CLT, Assistant Center Manager

Jessie is the assistant center manager and a board-certified hand and lymphedema therapist specializing in upper extremity and oncology rehabilitation. She is passionate about delivering personalized, evidence-based care to help patients restore function and return to meaningful activities. Jessie values a collaborative approach to therapy, ensuring each patient feels supported, understood and empowered. In addition to her clinical role, she leads the occupational therapy student program across southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, contributing to the advancement of clinical education and research. Jessie also serves on the American Occupational Therapy Association's commission on education as the fieldwork educator representative. She is also core adjunct faculty at Thomas Jefferson University, where she teaches coursework in functional anatomy, clinical skills and upper extremity rehabilitation. Jessie combines her clinical knowledge and passion for furthering evidence-based care by continuing to be involved in ongoing research projects.

Olivia Succi, O.T.

Olivia has been working at NovaCare since 2023. She is an occupational therapist and is pursuing becoming a certified hand therapist and pelvic health therapist. Olivia is a level 1 certified Herman & Wallace pelvic health therapist. She utilizes her background in occupational therapy to develop client-centered and functional interventions to promote and maximize patient outcomes. She received her bachelor's degree from Temple University and master's degree from Salus University. She enjoys running, yoga and a good Netflix show. She is a former field hockey player and a current Philadelphia Flyers fan.

Community Involvement

NovaCare Rehabilitation is a proud partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, 76ers and Flyers. NovaCare also has collegiate partnerships with multiple universities which boast onsite locations to provide easy access to care for the faculty, students and athletes. These universities include La Salle, Temple and Villanova where we are the official physical therapy and athletic training provider to the student-athletes.
