Our Team

Joseph Chappie, P.T., DPT, ATC

Joe graduated from Chatham University with his doctorate in physical therapy in 2024. Prior to earning this advanced degree, he earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training from Mercyhurst University in 2022. While in physical therapy school, Joe gained clinical experience in orthopedics, pediatrics and acute care. Joe is excited to begin his career at the Saltsburg center where his priority is to provide compassionate and high-quality care to every patient, ultimately helping them to achieve their goals. While not in the center, Joe enjoys being outdoors, watching sports and spending time with family and friends.

Amber Schwaed, Patient Service Specialist

Amber has prolonged ties within the Saltsburg area. She attended the local high school of Apollo-Ridge. She enjoys having the opportunity to interact with each and every patient, hoping to put a smile on their faces. Amber has been working in the health care field for the last three years. She attended WCCC for phlebotomy and worked at Latrobe Hospital for two and a half years. With the change in career, Amber is excited to start new things. She is hoping to excel in this career field as a patient service specialist. When not in the clinic, she is very fond of spending time outdoors, with family and her fur babies at home.
