Our Team

Douglas Donald, MPT, COMT

Doug is the center manager of the NovaCare South Hills office. He graduated in 1991 from the University of Pittsburgh with a dual major in sports medicine and exercise science. While there, Doug had the opportunity to work with many elite level athletes and hone his love of sports rehabilitation. Following completion of his master's degree in physical therapy in 1993 at Duquesne University, Doug gained experience in various clinical settings before settling into the outpatient orthopedic setting. In his spare time, Doug loves to spend time with his wife, hiking, watching the Steelers, and enjoying the journey of parenthood as his two children find their own success.

Geoff Malone, PTA

Geoff has been the physical therapist assistant at the NovaCare South Hills center since 2000. He graduated in 1998 from Butler County Community College and has attended numerous continuing education courses covering various orthopedic pathologies. Geoff loves spending time with his daughter, fishing, exercising and has a black belt in Taekwondo.

Sherri Fluman, Patient Service Specialist

Sherri has worked at the South Hills center since 2010. Sherri grew up in the Chartiers Valley School District and currently resides in the South Hills. She enjoys spending the weekends camping with family and friends.
