Our Team
Thomas Herman, P.T., DPT, LSVT BIG Certified, Center Manager
Tommy has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2019. He has worked in the outpatient orthopedic settings treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, gait training, sports medicine, return to work and post-operative care. He is a graduate of North Hills High School and Gannon University, where he was a competitive swimmer and earned a doctorate in physical therapy. He is certified in LSVT BIG for the treatment of Parkinson's and other neurological diseases. He is additionally a direct access clinician. He enjoys running, swimming, traveling and cheering on all Pittsburgh sports teams.
Lisa Sheptak, Patient Service Specialist
Lisa Sheptak joined the Novacare team in 2024 and specializes in front office operations. She is a graduate of North Hills High School and remains local in the community. She brings an extensive history of front office positions and recently worked as a classroom assistant at West View Elementary. She enjoys scrapbooking, camping, and going to the beach with her husband and three children.
