Our Team

Scott Foster, P.T., DPT

Scott is a market manager and physical therapist that has been with NovaCare since 2013. He has a vast array of clinical expertise in vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, sports medicine, concussion rehabilitation and shoulder rehabilitation. His vision is to use the most evidence-based practice techniques to improve the quality of life of each patient he comes in contact with.

Eliza Hastie, PT, DPT

Eliza treats a wide variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions with a special interest in treating sports injuries and concussions. Eliza attended Denison University for her undergraduate degree and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Saint Joseph's University. She values providing patient-centric care tailored to each patient's unique rehabilitative goals. Eliza provides comprehensive treatment programs for patients focused on education, manual therapy and dynamic stabilization training. She strives to help patients rehabilitate injuries while also optimizing movement patterns to prevent re-injury and overuse. Eliza enjoys working out, yoga and traveling, and is a long time 76ers and Eagles fan.
