Welcome to NovaCare Rehabilitation's Oregon Avenue office, located minutes away from I-76, I-95 and many local Septa routes. We have a large center with ample parking and flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.

We know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help. Our indoor turf training area is a great place for patients to get back to sprinting and jumping while it also serving as a training facility for our baseball/ softball athletes in the area. Our center offers a full batting cage to allow a safe return to throwing in-center. We also provide complimentary transportation to patients.

Our Team

Mariah Ciglar, P.T., DPT, ReVital Certified

Mariah has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation since December of 2018 and brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Philadelphia and has no plans on leaving the city.

Mariah enjoys treating all patients populations, including pediatrics. She is passionate about cancer rehabilitation and has completed her ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation certification, allowing her to help patient's maintain their function and quality of life throughout their cancer treatment. Mariah loves to help her patient's achieve their goals and in her words, she aims to keep people "moving and grooving through this dance we call we life."

When Mariah is not working, you can find her on the beaches of North Wildwood in the summer. In the winter, she likes to take getaways to sunny Fort Lauderdale.

Eric Salomons, P.T., DPT, CSCS

Eric is a dedicated clinician at our NovaCare Rehabilitation Oregon Ave location in South Philadelphia. He is originally from Vestal, N.Y, , and joined our NovaCare team in 2025.

Eric has focused on treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries with a particular interest in treating the knee and ACL injuries in athletes. Eric is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. With a passion for sports and a lifetime of competitive soccer experience, he brings valuable knowledge to his practice.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation science and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, showcasing his comprehensive expertise in the field. His individualized patient-centered approach and ability to connect with his patients make him an asset to NovaCare's team.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking and attending sporting events.

Tess Horan, P.T., DPT

Tess received her bachelor's degree in health science in 2020 and doctorate in physical therapy in 2023 from Drexel University. She began her career with NovaCare Rehabilitation in September 2023.

Her clinical experiences include outpatient rotations, treating a variety of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. She is committed to providing exceptional care to all of her patients and creating a positive environment for them to reach their goals. Tess likes staying active and enjoying the Philadelphia food scene.

Victoria Fortuna, P.T., DPT

Tori has expertise in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with special interest in working with overhead athletes. She is also passionate about cancer rehabilitation and has completed her ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation certification, allowing her to support patients throughout the course of their treatment and beyond.

Tori takes a holistic approach to care, helping patients navigate injuries and the disruption to their lives, so they can return to the activities they love.

She earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Immaculata University in 2020 and her doctorate in physical therapy from Drexel University in 2023. She has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation since September 2023.

Community Involvement

NovaCare Rehabilitation is a proud partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, 76ers and Flyers. NovaCare also has collegiate partnerships with multiple universities which boast onsite locations to provide easy access to care for the faculty, students and athletes. These universities include La Salle, Temple and Villanova where we are the official physical therapy and athletic training provider to the student-athletes.
