Our Team

Scott Foster, P.T., DPT, CSCS

Scott earned his bachelor's degree in kinesiology and doctorate of physical therapy from Temple University and has been with NovaCare since 2013 after completing his final clinical rotation at the Far NE clinic. He has a vast array of clinical expertise in vestibular rehab, post-concussion rehab, orthopedic rehab and sports rehabilitation. Scott has clinical experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation hospitals including Cooper and Rothman Orthopedic Specialty Hospitals, and various outpatient orthopedic centers throughout the east coast. Scott is a golf enthusiast and loves to help patients get back to whatever physical activities they love doing most.

Michelle Calvani, CHT, OTR/L

Michelle is a certified hand therapist and has worked as occupational therapist since graduating in 2000 from Temple University. She has focused her treatment on the hand and upper extremity, and has experience in orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. She specializes in splint fabrication and neural mobilization. Michelle enjoys post-operative management of wounds, scars and is focused on helping patients regain functional use of the hand.

Alexandra Keft , P.T., DPT

Alex completed her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Temple University and her doctorate in physical therapy at Drexel University. She joined the NovaCare Rehabilitation team in March 2024. Her clinical experiences included outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, as well as inpatient trauma orthopedics and spinal cord injury rehabilitation. Alex also co-owns a personal training business in Philadelphia and enjoys watching movies, exploring the Philly food scene and rock climbing in her free time.

Chris Wallace , M.S., OTR/L, CHT, Center Manager

Chris received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from West Chester University in 2018 and a master's degree from Gwynedd Mercy University in occupational therapy in 2021. Chris has been with NovaCare since 2021 and is a certified hand therapist specializing in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries. Chris also provides functional capacity evaluations and employment testing. He is committed to providing an exceptional patient care experience and enjoys helping patients achieve their goals to get back to doing what they love the most.

David White, P.T., DPT

Dave earned an associate degree in 2018 in the physical therapist assistant program from Mercer County Community College and bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2011 from West Chester University. Dave's clinical experiences include orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and sports medicine, in addition to an internship as assistant strength and conditioning coach for West Chester women's soccer team. Dave's interests outside of work include all Philly sports.

Community Involvement

NovaCare Rehabilitation is a proud partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, 76ers and Flyers. NovaCare also has collegiate partnerships with multiple universities which boast onsite locations to provide easy access to care for the faculty, students and athletes. These universities include La Salle, Temple and Villanova where we are the official physical therapy and athletic training provider to the student-athletes.
