Our Team

Anthony Sechuk, P.T., DPT, Center Manager, Concussion Coordinator

Anthony provides excellent care at the Fairmount center through a hard-working, yet easygoing attitude. Native to South Philadelphia, Anthony continues to live in the city that he loves and has given him so much. His passion for physical therapy started during freshman year at Roman Catholic High School when recovering from injuries during ice hockey season. Since then, Anthony has had a strong affinity for sport rehabilitation, with a focus in concussion management, making NovaCare the perfect fit for him. In his spare time, Anthony plays ice hockey and is an avid runner having complete the Broad Street Run and the Philadelphia Half Marathon.

Audrey Tabajonda, P.T., DPT

Audrey graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy from Kean University. She has experience in treating neurological, cardiac and orthopedic conditions. She also has experience in amputee rehabilitation and specializes in stroke rehabilitation. Born and raised in New Jersey, Audrey has always loved the beach and being outdoors. Throughout her life, she has participated in various sports and activities, including dancing, softball, volleyball, tennis, kayaking, archery, paddle boarding and martial arts. Her passion for movement, combined with the inspiration she felt from her mom's career as a nurse, led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Audrey's main goal is to help her patients get stronger and to get them back to the activities that matter to them the most.

David Liebert , P.T., DPT

David is a valued member of the clinical team with expertise in health, sports and fitness. An avid sports fan and athlete in his own right, David played lacrosse, was a swimmer and polo player in high school and played Division 1 water polo in college. His decision to become a physical therapist was inspired by his own ACL/meniscus injury, and going through the rehabilitation process where he experienced the power of physical therapy. David is especially passionate about sports injuries and skilled in the rehabilitation of shoulder/knee pathologies, acute lower back pain, joint replacement, post-surgical intervention and balance deficits. At the forefront of his practice, David is focused on creating good communication with each patient so they may have the best clinical outcome and improved quality of life. His commitment to excellence is evidenced with each patient encounter.

NovaCare also has collegiate partnerships with multiple universities which boast onsite locations to provide easy access to care for the faculty, students and athletes.
