Welcome to NovaCare - Chestnut Hill center in the far northwest corner of Philadelphia. We provide a small community feel in a large city with attention to detail. Our facility has all the equipment necessary to help you recover faster and achieve your goals. We provide physical therapy services including sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. We are conveniently located at the top of the hill just off of Germantown Ave. on W. Highland Avenue. Our center is close to major public transportation including the Regional Rail's Chestnut Hill West and East lines and the bus stops on Germantown Ave.
