Our Team

Adam Supplee, DPT, CSCS, Center Manager

Adam graduated from Lock Haven University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in health science and from Widener University in 2017 with a doctorate in physical therapy. He spent four years as a collegiate soccer player, fueling his passion for rehabilitation, fitness and sport performance. Adam is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He believes in tailoring rehabilitation programs to meet the specific needs of each individual. Adam enjoys building relationships with each patient while working towards their goals and to their return to the activities they enjoy. He values spending time with his wife and daughter, exercising and any outdoor activities.

Megan Lynn, DPT

Megan is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College's doctorate of physical therapy program. She enjoys treating patients of all ages to allow them to live lives full of movement, ability and independence. Megan has experience treating the general orthopedic and pediatric populations and is a pelvic floor therapist. She loves to explore the outdoors, work out, ski, cook and spend time with her family and boyfriend.

Jalisa Bernheisel, PTA

Jalisa has more than 11 years of experience treating patients in an outpatient setting. She is a graduate of Central Pennsylvania College where she earned an associate degree in physical therapy assisting. She has experience in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation and serves as the center coordinator for clinical education where she helps place students for internships. Jalisa is an avid Phillies fan who enjoys riding motorcycle, the outdoors, sports and spending time with her husband and two children.

Kylie Martin, Office Assistant

Kylie joined the NovaCare team in November 2022. Kylie is currently a student at Penn State World Campus and is planning on becoming a mental health therapist. She enjoys meeting all the patients and she loves to bring good energy to everyone she is around. Kylie enjoys going on runs, playing with her Mini Goldendoodle, Charley, spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.
