Kevin Campanale, DPT, center manager
Kevin, our Lititz center manager, has a special passion for cancer rehabilitation, having been a leukemia patient in his adolescence. He personally knows the impact exercise can have on one's cancer journey. This led him to seek advanced training and become a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist.
He also has significant experience working with athletes and a variety of orthopedic conditions. Prior to joining NovaCare Rehabilitation, he worked in New Jersey with Rutgers University athletes in a variety of sports.
Kevin earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and his doctorate in physical therapy from Rutgers University, Newark.
Kevin is excited to join our team and looks forward to helping patients reach their maximum physical potential while preventing future injuries.
Megan Lynn, DPT
Megan earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Lebanon Valley College. She enjoys treating patients of all ages to allow them to live full lives of movement, ability and independence. Megan has experience treating the general orthopedic and pediatric populations and is a pelvic floor therapist.

John Charles
Occasionally, an issue such as infection, gangrene or non-healing ulcers can require surgery that removes the front part of the foot. While it can be scary, it is a procedure designed to save the limb.
John Charles worked with our team on his recovery following vascular surgery and a transmetatarsal amputation.
The team built a clear baseline, measured progress with purpose and delivered achievable challenges. They consistently encouraged John so he could get back to what he loved with confidence. Even on the hardest days, a smile and a reminder that setbacks happen kept him moving forward.
"During a very challenging time of recovery, this team is making a real difference," John shared.
