Jessica Zubaly
After months of chronic pain and uncertainty, Jessica Zubaly's journey reminds us that healing is about more than the body - it's about reclaiming identity. Once an avid distance runner, Jessica feared she might never return to the sport she loved.
"I decided to take time off from running after my race season," Jessica explained. "I feared I had aggravated a previous injury to the (foot)."
Through compassionate, whole-person care, Jessica's physical therapist team addressed the neurological roots of her pain. This reset helped Jessica rediscover strength she thought was lost. After six months of hitting milestones, she experienced triumph when completing a 5K and returning to everyday activities.
"I couldn't believe it and burst into tears," Jessica shared.
