Our Team

Sarah Wright, DPT, Center Manager

Sarah is passionate about treating patients across the lifespan, with a particular interest in the pediatric population. She has previously taught various styles of dance and enjoys incorporating movement patterns unique to patients' interests into their treatment sessions. Sarah works to advocate for patients to ensure a comprehensive care plan, particularly with the underserved population.

Sarah graduated from Widener University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and in 2020 with a doctorate in physical therapy.

Kylie Givler, DPT

Kylie enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses in the outpatient setting, with a particular interest in athletes. She loves incorporating functional activities into treatment plans in order to facilitate return to sport.

Kylie graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in biology and from the University of Delaware in 2023 with a doctorate in physical therapy.

Albert Trunov, DPT

Albert has a passion for helping patients reach their goals and make their lives easier. He enjoys getting to know people on a deeper level, and is curious about what their lives are like outside of the center. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, performing hands-on therapy and thinking outside of the box to give the best care.

Albert graduated from Temple University in 2025 with a doctorate in physical therapy.

Megan Allen, PTA

Megan specializes in treating general orthopedics, concussion rehabilitation and vestibular dysfunctions. She loves working with specific exercise programs and hands-on therapy techniques to get patients back to their lives faster. She enjoys seeing the changes that physical therapy brings to them.

Megan earned a physical therapist assistant degree in 2007 from Harcum College.

Ian Mason, PTA

Ian earned his physical therapist assistant degree from the Community College of Allegheny County in 2025 and is continuing his education at Harrisburg University, where he is working toward his doctorate in physical therapy. With a background as a personal trainer, Ian developed a passion for helping others return to the activities they enjoy most. Ian chose the outpatient setting to focus on his clinical interests in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. He enjoys staying active through weightlifting, playing tennis, golfing and running, and draws on his 13 years of competitive ice hockey experience to connect with athletes and active individuals.

Jenelyn Ascano, Patient Service Specialist

Jenelyn, known by friends and family as Jenny, has worked at our Granite Run center since 2024. Her career started in home health care services and transitioned into a patient service specialist role in outpatient physical therapy in 2017.

Her passion is to serve people, enjoying the work that God has provided her to make an impact and bless others.

Kyra Powers, Patient Service Specialist

Kyra enjoys working at NovaCare, as it prepares her for her future profession in physical therapy and she can learn how to interact with patients to make long-lasting connections.

Kyra earned a bachelor's degree in health sciences from Neumann University in 2025 and is now attending Alvernia University to earn a master's degree in occupational therapy.

Allison Rutt, Patient Service Specialist

Allison has worked at the Granite Run center as a patient service specialist since it opened. She likes getting to know the patients and helping them throughout their physical therapy journey.

Allison graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in business management.
