Paula has been a member of the NovaCare team since 2022, with more than 30 years of clinical experience in home health, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Paula is a board-certified geriatric specialist and a certified LSVT BIG therapist. She has also completed training to provide the Parkinson Wellness Recovery Program (PWR). She specializes in treating Parkinson's, neurological disorders, balance training and fall prevention and orthopedic rehabilitation. Paula graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and from University of Pittsburgh with a master's degree in neuromuscular physical therapy at University of Pittsburgh. She and her husband have two children. She is active in the youth soccer club in the area as coach and referee. She is also active in the American Physical Therapy Association Geriatric Section.

Connie has worked in the office setting for more than 15 years, and joined the NovaCare team as a patient service specialist in 2021. Her goal is to provide every patient with a pleasant and smooth experience. She has been blessed with three wonderful children and four grand girls and two grand boys (twins). She treasures time spent with family.
