Our Team

Ryan Trombley, P.T., DPT, LAT, ATC, EMT, Center Manager

Ryan has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2014 with clinical experience as an athletic trainer and physical therapist. He was the head athletic trainer of the Washington Wild Things of the Frontier League and of the Keystone Ice Miners of the North American Hockey League. Ryan specializes in treating patients who benefit from TMJ treatment, vestibular rehabilitation, gait and balance training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Ryan completed his undergraduate education in athletic training at the University of Pittsburgh and doctorate of physical therapy from Gannon University. He enjoys talking about the Steelers, Penguins, Pirates and Pitt and spending time with friends and family.

Stephanie Prokopik, DPT, OCS

Stephanie is a Pittsburgh native. She earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at Penn State University and went on to earn her doctorate of physical therapy at Slippery Rock University in 2010. She spent the first 11 years of her career treating in Lancaster, Pennsylvania returning home in 2021. She loves to treat outpatient orthopedics, treating with a functional base approach that encourages movement. She prides herself in combining the best that physical therapy has to offer with patient goals and preferences.

Natalie Mallon, Senior Patient Service Specialist

Natalie brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she welcomes to our center. She joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in February 2017 with many years of customer service experience. She looks forward to aiding our therapy team and working with patients on appointment scheduling, intake forms, insurance questions and much more. She enjoys performances at the Pittsburgh Symphony, exhibits at the Carnegie Museum & Phipps Conservatory and practicing Tang Soo Do Karate.
