The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Thank you for choosing us for your therapy needs!  We are just a short distance from the intersection of Rt. 100 and Grosser Rd. (at the Wawa) and located inside Final Results fitness center in Gilbertsville, Pa.  Along with our private center, we have access to the entire fitness center allowing us to provide a complete range of options for our patients. We are pleased to offer both physical therapy and occupational therapy, including a hand specialist. Our therapists each have more than 20 years of experience.  Common conditions that we treat include back, neck, shoulder and knee pain as well as providing post-surgical rehabilitation. Some of our specialty services include manual therapy, vestibular (dizziness) rehabilitation, post-concussion therapy, balance disorders/fall risks, hand therapy, worker’s compensation rehabilitation, joint replacement therapy, neurological conditions (such as strokes) and sports medicine.  Another exciting option we offer is direct access; this means you can see a physical therapist without a physician’s referral.

Our Team

Kelly Grim Caras, P.T., Center Manager

Kelly was born and raised in Boyertown where she was a three sport scholar-athlete and a high school All-American for lacrosse. She earned a lacrosse scholarship to Temple University where she was a three-time All-American and won a National Championship. She also was a member of the United States National Team where she had the opportunity to play against international teams and travel to Australia for a three-week tour. Kelly has been inducted into the Tri-County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Hall of Fame and Temple University’s Hall of Fame with her 1988 Undefeated National Championship Lacrosse team. She has coached various youth teams as well as for the Dynamite Lacrosse Club. Kelly enjoys helping people recover from their injuries and reach their maximum potential. She has been a physical therapist for more than 30 years and has experience treating various orthopaedic, sports and workers' compensation injuries.

Jane L. Eddinger, MSPT

Jane earned a master's degree in physical therapy from Neumann College and began her career as a physical therapist in 1994. Her areas of special interest include vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, balance training, manual therapy including trigger point release and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Jane's approach to therapy includes taking the time to listen to patients and finding the root cause of their pain or dysfunction. She also stresses patient education to allow better carryover into home life.

Barb Bingener, P.T.

Barb received a degree in physical therapy in 1990 from the University of Scranton. She started her career at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem where she worked for seven years. During that time, she worked primarily in an outpatient orthopaedic setting. When she moved to the Boyertown area in 1997 she transitioned to her current setting with NovaCare. Barb is experienced in orthopaedic rehabilitation, treating both surgical and non-surgical cases. She has significant background in various manual techniques and incorporates these to maximize outcomes for patients and restore function. Her skills also include work-related injuries.

Dominic Lorenzo, PTA

Dominic was first introduced to us while he was a patient of our center in 2012. After he graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, he joined our team as an aide. Later, he became a licensed physical therapist assistant. Dominic has been treating patients in his current role since August 2018. Dominic enjoys being able to work with patients to help them recover from their conditions. By combining his experiences as a patient along with his professional training, he is able to provide excellent care to his patients.

Jo Marie Fry, OTR/L

Jo Marie has been a hand and upper extremity specialist for more than 30 years. Having attained occupational therapy credentials from Harcum College and Misericordia College, Jo Marie takes special pride in being a well-rounded clinician interested in treating a variety of conditions such as CMC arthritis, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, neuromuscular impairments, orthopaedic conditions, soft tissue and scar tissue techniques and custom fabrication of splints. Jo Marie's mission is to provide quality patient care by staying current with the latest research and implementing it into every visit. She also offers compassionate, individualized care and works with each patient on achieving their goals in a timely manner.
