Deborah has been working at NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2012. She is a graduate of Gannon University with a doctorate in physical therapy and bachelor's degree in sport and exercise science. She earned an associate degree from Mercyhurst University, is a licensed massage therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Deborah is trained in the McKenzie Method for spine care and specializes in treating neck and low back problems. She also specializes in treatment of the pelvic floor. She believes in educating patients to help them better understand their diagnosis and problems. Patients receive a well-rounded treatment plan to fit their specific needs and are trained to take control of their health, leaving them with the tools they require to be successful and meet their goals.

Shayla has worked at NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2016. She is a graduate of Mercyhurst University with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant. She has been working for NovaCare as both a patient service specialist and physical therapist assistant and enjoys helping patients with all their needs. Prior to NovaCare Shayla traveled the United States working as a traveling PTA in several states. She likes to workout, travel, go to the movies with her daughter and mother, and is a make-up enthusiast.

Kristy has worked at NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021. She is a graduate of Mercyhurst University with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant. Since graduation, she has been trained in the McKenzie Method of treating the spine and treating numerous other orthopedic diagnoses. She enjoys getting to know people and takes great pleasure in making a positive difference in the lives of others. She had previously worked in an aquatics setting, instructing various fitness classes, and received Erie Times News recognition for her Parkinson's class. Kristy enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on adventures and playing with her dog and cat.
