Zach has been with NovaCare since 2013 and at the 38th Street office since 2015. Zach earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2013 from Gannon University and is a licensed direct access clinician. Zach completed a two-year program in 2019 to become a certified orthopedic manual therapist. Zach is an enthusiastic clinician who enjoys working with all patient populations, especially athletes. Zach provides injury prevention screenings through the Fusionetics platform which is a functional movement screening tool that he is able to integrate into treatment plans to prevent injuries, improve performance and promote proper biomechanical function. Zach approaches each patient as an individual and takes a hands-on approach to their care. His goal is to train and educate patients while delivering quality care in an effective and efficient manner to return each individual to their pre-injury level of function or beyond.

Janann earned her masters of physical therapy from Gannon University in 2003. Since then, she has gained expertise in evaluating and treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries. Janann and her husband had owned and operated their orthopedic practice for over 10 years. They returned to their home state of PA from southern California in July 2023 and she is excited to now be a part of the NovaCare team. In addition to her clinical work, she has developed specialized programs for young athletes, prenatal and postpartum exercise, and weight loss and nutrition. She holds certifications as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, prenatal and postpartum certified specialist and direct access certification. She has participated in numerous continuing education courses to further her expertise in spine care and ACL rehabilitation.

Laurie is a physical therapist assistant who has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021. She graduated from Mercyhurst North East from the physical therapist assistant program with an associate degree in 2018. Laurie loves getting to know the variety of people she works with everyday and getting them back to activities they enjoy. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and playing with her cats.
