Our Team

Erica J. Founds, P.T., Market Manager

Erica is the market manager for Chester County and the in home physical therapy program. She is also the center manager for NovaCare's Devon location. Erica is well-versed with orthopedic injuries and uses Pilates-based rehabilitation for low back and sacroiliac joint dysfunctions. She is Graston-technique certified for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and strives to achieve the best outcome for her patients. She has been a part of the NovaCare team since 1993 and earned her degree in physical therapy from East Carolina University

Bob DeMaio, PTA

Bob is a staff physical therapist assistant at NovaCare's Devon center. Bob uses knowledge and compassion to enable patients to return to their daily lives. Bob is Graston Technique certified for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and specializes in hands-on techniques. Bob has been a part of the NovaCare team since 2000 and earned his degree physical therapy from Harcum College

Krissy Welsh, P.T., DPT

Krissy is excited to have joined the NovaCare team in 2022. She earned her doctorate from Neumann University, prior to physical therapy school, Krissy attended the University of Scranton for undergrad where she received a degree in exercise science and played on the women's soccer team. Krissy has experience treating in orthopedics, pediatrics, sports medicine, neurological disorders, amputees and spinal cord injuries.

Mark Bersheim, P.T.

Mark is a senior physical therapist at NovaCare's Devon center. Mark specializes in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, especially those related to running as Mark is an avid runner himself. Mark also specializes in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation and is Graston Technique certified for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations. He has been a member of the NovaCare team since 2001 and earned his degree in physical therapy from Widener University.

Community Involvement

NovaCare Rehabilitation is a proud partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, 76ers and Flyers. NovaCare also has collegiate partnerships with multiple universities which boast onsite locations to provide easy access to care for the faculty, students and athletes. These universities include La Salle, Temple and Villanova where we are the official physical therapy and athletic training provider to the student-athletes.
