Our Team

Ashley Lemming, DPT, Assistant Center Manager

Ashley has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2016. She has worked in skilled rehabilitation, outpatient and school settings. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Ashley especially enjoys working with pediatric patients, including those in a school-based setting. She completed her undergraduate degree at St. Vincent College and received a doctorate of physical therapy from West Virginia University. Ashley likes to spend time with her friends, family and dog.

Courtney Fullman, PTA

Courtney has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2016, with 7 years of clinical experience. She has spent her entire career working in the outpatient setting. Courtney enjoys working with a variety of different patients including but not limited to pediatrics, orthopedics and sports medicine. Courtney graduated with her associate degree in science from Penn State Fayette - The Eberly Campus. Outside of the center, Courtney treasures spending time outdoors with her husband and two children who love to hike and fish.

Kelly Forish, O.T., MOTR/L

Kelly has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2018. She has treated pediatric and adult patients of various diagnoses. She is also contracted with Penn Highlands Regional Center for Autism, meeting the needs of children ages 5 to 21 years. She splits her time between the Autism Center and our outpatient center. She finds passion in finding creative ways to strengthen skills and prioritize needs while also making it fun and enjoyable for her primarily pediatric caseload. She received a master's degree in occupational therapy at West Virginia University. Kelly enjoys the outdoors and always looks forward to the opportunity to photograph a beautiful sunset with her dog Teddy.

Anthony Lovat, MOT, OTR/L

Anthony has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2022. He completed his undergraduate studies and master's degree in occupational therapy at Saint Francis University. He is working to achieve a doctorate in occupational therapy with Gannon University. His professional specialization is in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. He is also trained to treat neuromuscular disorders and work with general pediatric patients. Anthony is registered and licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Pennsylvania. He is a Pittsburgh professional sports fan and avid golfer.

Jodi Snyder, Patient Service Specialist

Jodi joined our team in August 2002. She started working for the company as an athletic trainer, graduating from Waynesburg College and California University of PA. She transitioned to the patient service specialist position when the Connellsville center first opened. Jodi enjoys talking with patients and getting to know them, as well as answering any questions or concerns they might have. Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband and son on their small farm.
