Our Team

Martine Marino, MPT, COMT

Martine received a bachelor's degree in creative non-fiction writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998, a master's degree in physical therapy in 2000 from Chatham University and certification in orthopedic manual therapy in 2010 from the Ola Grimsby Institute. As a physical therapist, Martine's main goal is to improve the quality of life of every person who comes into the center. She and her staff create individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and the best research available. It is important to Martine that the center treats the person as a whole. She is comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses but has a special interest in runners. She and her husband have two active boys involved in football, soccer, baseball, basketball and track.

Scott Kepins, DPT

Scott received a doctorate in physical therapy in 2019 from Marymount University. He enjoys working with all types of patients from adolescent with sports injuries to elderly who require instruction in fall risk and prevention. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons hiking, reading, playing board games and watching Pittsburgh sporting events.

Jennifer Whirlow, Patient Service Specialist

Jennifer has been a vital part of our front office since 2015. Her bright, smiling face greets you as you come in the door, and she is available to help you with any scheduling or billing needs you may have.
