Our Team

Dawn Tellman, MPT

Dawn is a physical therapist and center manager. She is also s market manager, overseeing eight of the Ohio NovaCare Rehabilitation facilities. Dawn received a bachelor's degree in sports medicine at Mount Union College and master's degree in physical therapy at Youngstown State University. Dawn has an extensive work experience. Dawn offers great insight to the athletic and general population. She treats a wide variety of outpatient orthopedic conditions, including pre- and post-surgical conditions. Dawn also has training in dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, TMJ and functional capacity evaluations. She has a passion for equestrian activities, running, swimming, hiking and fishing.

Odessa Morales, MPT

Odessa is a physical therapist for the Austintown center. She received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in Manila Adventist Medical Center - School of Medical Arts in the Philippines and master's degree in physical therapy at St. Augustine University in Florida. She speaks fluent Filipino and is a member of the NE Ohio Filipino Organization. Odessa displays an extensive work experience in the physical therapy field since 2001 and was a travelling physical therapist in NY for two years. She offers a great insight with her skill in treating Bell's palsy, Bobath rehabilitation for cerebral palsy, Mulligan and Maitland Technique for cervical spine, stroke and geriatric rehabilitation. Odessa is also trained in dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping and lymphatic manual drainage.

Alisa Jones, PTA

Alisa graduated from Kent State University in 1996 as a physical therapist assistant with an associates degree in applied science and technology. She also graduated from The University of Findlay, earning a bachelor's degree of in business management. In addition to working with varied populations and diagnosis, she is also certified to perform physical ability testing and certified to perform post-offer employment testing.
