Our Team

Alex Baker, PTA, Center Manager

Alex has been with NovaCare since 2012 and has completed many hours of continuing education. He specializes in treating musculoskeletal problems of the spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist , hip, knee and ankle/foot. Alex received a bachelor's degree from Muskingham University and associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Zane State College. He enjoys getting to know each patient and tailoring visits to unique needs. Alex loves meeting new people each day and creating a fun enjoyable atmosphere with music and laughter.

Mary Lee Sprung, MPT

Mary Lee brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients that she treats. She has been with NovaCare since 2012 and has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist, with the majority of her career in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Mary Lee enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has a passion for promoting wellness and quality of life for all. Mary Lee received a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center.

Meghan Dillon, Patient Service Specialist

Meghan joined the team in October of 2023. Her goal is to treat every patient, new or returning, with a smile and warm welcome. Before starting at NovaCare Rehabilitation, she was a home health aide. Meghan is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. When she's not at work she enjoys spending time with her baby girl. Some of her hobbies include going swimming and bowling. Although not a big fan of cats, she owns two of them and their names are Pluto and Louie.
