Lauren enjoys treating patients of all ages with a variety of conditions and injuries. From athletes to weekend warriors, as well as those trying to achieve personal goals, her expertise is evident. With more than 12 years of experience, Lauren rehabilitates the full spectrum of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries and has notable success in the treatment of shoulder, knee, back and hips both pre- and post-surgical interventions. Lauren earned both her undergraduate and doctorate of physical therapy degrees from the University of Cincinnati. She has certification and training in dry needling. She gives the best effort for each patient at every session and encourages her patients to do the same and takes pride in every success story.

Karen graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. She earned certification as a hand therapist from the American society of hand therapists. Karen utilizes her hands-on skills and clinical expertise to develop innovative rehabilitative programs that challenge, strengthen and restore. With evidence-based techniques and an established supportive, patient-centered environment, she creates an optimal setting where patients can learn to heal themselves and maintain a maximal level of mobility and function. With more than 40 years of experience, Karen specializes in hand pathologies including orthopedic, neurological and connective tissue, reconstructive surgery and traumatic injuries and degenerative conditions. She has a passion for custom orthotic fabrication and providing quality intervention to restore the upper extremity function of her patients to allow them to have an improved quality of living.

Allie is a new graduate and member of NovaCare Rehabilitation. She completed her undergraduate education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in athletic training and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Gannon University. She has worked with college athletics as an athletic trainer and has continued working with local middle and high school athletics through Select Medical. Allie has experience working with a variety of patient populations and settings. In her free time, Allie and her fiancé enjoy playing with their rescue dog Scarlett and watching Ohio State athletics. Robert has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2011, with 11 years of clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient clinical setting as well as high school outreach as an athletic trainer. Robert specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Robert completed his undergraduate education at The University of Toledo in exercise science/athletic training and received an associates degree in physical therapist assistant at Kent State University. He and his wife have two young boys and enjoy sports, camping, fishing and hiking.

Matt has been a member of Select Medical since 2015 and has spent his entire career in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Matt graduated from the physical therapy assistant program at Sinclair Community College in Dayton where he resides with his wife, Melinda.
