Our Team

Brian Weeks, P.T.

Brian is a physical therapist for the Warren Howland center. Brian received a bachelor's degree at Bowling Green State University while completing courses at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo in 1994. He later received a master's degree in business administration from YSU in 2001. His background and experience is diverse and extensive. He has treated sports medicine, outpatient orthopedics, workers' compensation, inpatient acute injury and geriatrics.

Frank Duraney, PTA

Frank is a physical therapist assistant and center manager for NovaCare Rehabilitation. Frank joined the team in 2016. He earned the Physiotherapy Midwest Clinician of the Year for 2015. Frank received a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from Youngstown State University in 2010 and associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Penn State Shenango in 2013. Frank is experienced in outpatient rehabilitation. He specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and treatment of the spine.

Joe Pushcar, PTA

Joe is a physical therapist assistant at NovaCare Rehabilitation. Joe joined the NovaCare team in 2016. He works at the Warren-Howland facility. Joe earned an associate degree from Penn State Shenango in 1997. He has been working in outpatient rehabilitation since 1999. Joe is experienced in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation settings. He specializes in orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, aquatics and treatment of the spine.
