Lancaster

Brooke has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since February 2023. Brooke specializes in treating patients who benefit from vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Brooke completed her undergraduate education at Ohio University in Athens and doctorate of physical therapy from Ohio University. Brooke grew up in northeastern Ohio and moved to the Lancaster area in 2021 after graduating. Brooke enjoys spending time running, working out and being with friends. Brooke has a fish who is nearly 30 years old.

Cari is a physical therapist assistant and has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since February 2023. She has worked in the outpatient, skilled nursing facility, sports medicine and home health settings. Cari has a bachelor's degree in exercise science from The University of Toledo and associate degree as a physical therapist assistant from North Central State College. Cari and her husband have two girls and enjoy being empty nesters with their yellow lab Stanley.

Sarah has worked in the outpatient settings over the course of her career, treating patients in several areas including the lower back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip and ankle. She is working toward training for temporomandibular and early childhood development therapy. Sarah is dedicated to treating patients with best practice and expanding her knowledge for the best patient outcomes. Sarah completed her undergraduate education at Ohio Dominican University and a bachelor's degree in exercise science and associate degree in physical therapist assistant from Hocking College. Sarah is planning to get a doctorate degree in physical therapy. She enjoys time with her fiancé, two kids and two dogs going to various parks and museums.

Cassandra has been a member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team since July 2022. She has more than four years of experience in health care administration, formerly a teacher to children with autism. Cassandra welcomes patients into the center, schedules patients, verifies insurance information and obtains authorizations in between other task always with a smile.
