Alex Albright, P.T., DPT
Alex has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2020. He has worked in outpatient and home health settings. Alex specializes in treating patients with a variety of foot and ankle ailments, gait training, shoulder and throwing rehabilitation, low back pain, orthopedic conditions and sports medicine services. Alex completed his undergraduate education at Baldwin Wallace University where he also played baseball for four years and doctorate of physical therapy from The University of Kentucky. He also has certification in blood flow restriction training and dry needling.
Jeff Lambert-Shemo, A.T.
Jeff joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in 2013 as the athletic trainer for the Cleveland Gladiators Arena Football team and has since moved into the role of sports medicine director. He has also become a national and market lead for concussions, outreach, running and athletic training services through the Lakewood center. During the past 24 years, Jeff has worked in all levels of sport and focuses on functional return to activity following an injury as well as injury prevention and performance in life and sport. He received a bachelor's degree from the College of Wooster and is a certified athletic trainer, certified POSE running coach, certified Pilates instructor and certified Level 1 CrossFit instructor.
Andria Bower, PTA
Andria joined NovaCare at the beginning of 2023 after moving to Ohio from Washington State. She graduated from Whatcom Community College in 2017. Andria has served her career in outpatient facilities addressing low back pain, orthopedics, return to sport post-injury and many other physical therapy-related services. Her special interests involve manual tissue work and joint mobilizations to re-gain mobility post-injury and/or surgery.
