Our Team
Carolyn Delaney, P.T.
Since graduating with a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Michigan more that 30 years ago, Carolyn's primary focus has been on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. She also received her Pilates instructor certification in 2017 from Balanced Body, Inc. Carolyn believes that every patient has a unique set of goals and abilities requiring skilled, patient-centered treatment to allow them to return to their meaningful life activities or sports. With her background in orthopedics and rehabilitative Pilates, she has had success in the treatment of injured athletes, lumbopelvic dysfunction, shoulder injuries/instability and pregnant/postpartum patients suffering from low back pain and instability.
Jessica Orwick, A.T., PTA
Jessica has been a member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation in partnership with OhioHealth team at the Dublin Sports Medicine Center since 2012, with over 15 years of clinical experience. Over the course of her career she has worked in the outpatient, physician's office and high school sports settings. Jessica enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities and specializes in the treatment of orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehab and oncology rehab. Jessica completed her bachelor's degree in athletic training at The Ohio State University in 2005 and her physical therapist assistant associate's degree at Kent State University in 2017. Jessica is married with two children and enjoys hiking and reading in her spare time.
Erich Scheetz, P.T.
Erich has been a member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation in partnership with OhioHealth team at the Dublin Sports Medicine Center since 2012. With over 30 years of clinical experience, Erich has special interests in lower extremity biomechanics, sports medicine, vestibular and orthopedics. He enjoys working with patients from children to the elderly. Erich completed his physical therapy education at The Ohio State University in 1989.
Nate Worsowicz, P.T., DPT, OCS
Nate graduated from The Ohio State University with his physical therapy degree in 2015. He then completed an orthopedic residency through Ohio University and OhioHealth in 2016, and has been board certified in Orthopedics since 2017. He has extensive experience working with high school athletes as a former high school swim coach, and also continues to help people manage their complex spine pain which is an area of focus for his continuing education. When not in the clinic, Nate enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Shelly Miller, P.T.
Shelly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and master's degree in orthopedic physical therapy. She continues to attend multiple continuing education courses with an emphasis on hands-on techniques for a variety of orthopedic issues. She specializes in treatments of the spine, headaches, vestibular disorders and TMJ. She is also certified in dry needling. Her goal is to provide the highest quality of care to patients and empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
Cydney Philbin, P.T., CHT
Cydney is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for excellence in patient care. With a career spanning more than 38 years, Cydney has a postgraduate master's of health sciences in orthopedic physical therapy and a certificate in hand therapy. She specializes in the full spectrum of hand and upper extremity injuries and conditions with a special interest in the treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome. Cydney provides individual treatment plans with attention to manual therapy and the ultimate goal of improving biomechanics, decreasing pain , improving movement and returning each person to their preferred activities and prior level of optimal function.
Heather Benjamin, Senior Patient Service Specialist
Heather has been a patient service specialist since 2018 and became a senior patient service specialist in 2022. She is a people person who loves the relationships she creates with her patients and being able to witness the progress that they make throughout their rehabilitation journey. Heather is dedicated to making sure that patients' needs are always met, as well as providing support to the clinical team so they have everything they need to do their jobs effectively. She and her husband of 17 years have three children and three grand-doggies.
Sydney Weis, P.T., DPT
Sydney graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and doctorate of physical therapy degree from the University of Toledo. Sydney has special interest in treatment of a variety of orthopedic conditions, especially low back and neck pain. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and return to the activities that they enjoy. When she is not in the clinic, Sydney enjoys reading all genres and watching the Indianapolis Colts play football with her family.
Nikole Jones, Patient Service Specialist
Nikole is a people person who is dedicated to showing empathy and compassion to all who walk into the facility. Always quick with a smile and a silly comment, she prides herself on the ability to brighten someone's day. With over 25 years of customer service experience, she uses her knowledge and organizational skills to best serve her therapists and patients to help create a fun and loving office environment.
Rachel Carter, Patient Service Specialist
Rachel joined the NovaCare team as a patient service specialist in 2022 after 10 years in the veterinary field where she excelled in a customer service role. She prides herself on her hard work and dedication to patients and supporting the clinical team. Rachel has two dogs and enjoys riding horses, hiking and being active outdoors.
