Our Team

Christi Lee, P.T.

Christi has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019, with 25 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and skilled nursing setting. Christi specializes in treating patients with orthopedic needs and is the center workers' compensation champion. She also treats patients with general upper extremity diagnoses. Christi completed her undergraduate education at The Ohio State University where she received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Christi and her husband have five daughters. They enjoy watching their sport events and family vacations.

Nelette T. Marin, P.T.

Nelette is an accomplished clinician in the outpatient, inpatient and skilled nursing facility environments where she has treated a myriad of orthopedic injuries and post surgical interventions. Nelette enjoys working with all patient populations and has notable success in the rehabilitation of spinal maladies, shoulder, knee and ankle musculoskeletal conditions as well as vestibular disorders. Nelette earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Doctor's University in 1993. Nelette is committed to providing every patient with the superior clinical care they deserve and being the kind of therapist you would recommend to family and friends.

Matthias Debecker, P.T., DPT

Matt has been a team member since May 2025. He graduated with a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Hasselt, Belgium, where he specialized in sports rehabilitation. He obtained his doctorate in physical therapy in early 2025 when he moved to the United States. He has more than 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy and sports rehabilitation. Matt is also a Select Sports - Sports Medicine trained clinician treating sports related injuries and athletes. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, going to the gym and cooking.

Michelle Harkness, P.T. - Multisite Center Manager

Michelle earned her physical therapy degree from The Ohio State University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, where she played basketball. She has worked as a physical therapist for more than 20 years, bringing invaluable experience to her patients with the goal of achieving long-term wellness. She has a passion for outpatient orthopedics as well as treating vestibular disorders, making orthotics, and working in the workers' compensation realm, conducting functional-capacity evaluations and administering work-conditioning programs. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, gardening and cheering on the Buckeyes.

Cassidy Allegree, PTA

Cassidy has been working as a physical therapist assistant since graduating in 2020 from Marion Technical College. She has experience working in outpatient rehabilitation, as well as inpatient hospital and nursing home. She has seen a wide range of orthopedic, sports medicine and neurological conditions. Cassidy enjoys training and showing her dogs in various AKC events, spending time with her family and exploring the underwater world as a licensed scuba diver.

Chantell Conley, Patient Service Specialist

Chantell has been a patient service specialist with NovaCare since 2022. She has been in different areas of the medical field since she was 17 years old, graduating high school with a vocational certificate in diversified health. She also attended Marion Technical College for Psychology and completed some nursing course work. Chantell's experience ranges in medical and nurse assisting, first responding, patient services and management. She lives with her fiancée and son, along with their dogs and cats. She enjoys going on vacation, swimming and listening to her son play drums. She also plays flute.
