Our Team
Michelle Harkness, P.T.
Michelle has achieved success in the treatment of various orthopedic conditions including post-operative knees such as ACL repair and total knee replacements, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff injuries and post-surgical shoulder rehabilitation, ankle and foot dysfunction including plantar fasciitis, as well as neck and back disorders. Michelle also performs trigger point dry needling, functional capacity evaluations and makes custom orthotics.
Mark Hott, PTA
Mark brings energy and a fun environment to patients he treats. He was born and raised in Delaware, Ohio and graduated from Delaware Hayes High School. Mark graduated from Marion Technical College in 2023. He and his partner like to travel and take their dogs on walks. Mark has a passion for getting patients better and promoting wellness for all.
Andrew Baker, P.T., DPT
Andrew has been a physical therapist since 2017. He received his undergraduate degree and doctorate from The University of Findlay. In addition to treating general orthopedics, Andrew has additional training in the treatment of TMJ dysfunction, vestibular disorders, concussion rehabilitation and Parkinson's disease management. Andrew also has experience with treating workers' compensation cases and is trained in performing functional capacity evaluations.
Jacqui Fountain, Patient Service Specialist
Jacqui has been a member of our team for 20 years. She is the face of our center. Jacqui was a primary care physician's practice manager prior to joining our team. She is well-versed in health insurance practices and adept at explaining insurance benefits to all patients. She is the one who makes sure our patients feel welcome and that they are in the right place for their physical therapy. Jacqui is a native of Indiana, an alum of Ball State University and a former school teacher. She loves getting to know our patients.
