Our Team

Louis Fullenkamp - Center Manager , P.T., DPT, OCS, CSCS, BRM, SMDN2

Louis brings a high-level of energy and education to the patients he treats. He was born and raised in Minster, Ohio and has a passion for all varieties of fitness and sport. Louis specializes in dry needling, blood flow restriction training, myofascial decompression, concussion rehabilitation, soft tissue/musculoskeletal injuries, running/gait analysis, strength and conditioning and return to sport. Inside the office, Louis finds himself using a comprehensive approach to treatment. Using problem-solving to form creative solutions for his patients. Outside of the office, Louis enjoys spending his time with his wife, two dogs and his friends. He enjoys hiking, working out and going to sporting events.

Seth Hood, P.T., DPT, A.T. Ret, SMDN2

Seth brings compassion and energy to his co-workers and patients. He was born and raised in Dublin, Ohio, and moved to Cincinnati, where he began as a physical therapist with NovaCare. Seth earned a doctorate in physical therapy to improve the lives of patients at all ages and stages. Seth also received an athletic training degree and worked with the football and men's tennis teams at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Seth is always trying to improve as a clinician by staying updated on the newest research and adding skills and interventions to his toolset to best treat each patient on an individual level. Seth enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and hanging out with his dog and two cats.

Josh Calvelage, P.T., DPT

Josh has been a team member of Novacare Rehabilitation - Beavercreek since 2017, with five years of clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient setting during his career. Josh provides orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, geriatric and worker's compensation services. He is a WorkStrategies champion specializing in functional capacity evaluations and performs work conditioning services. Josh completed his undergraduate education at Wright State University and received a doctorate in physical therapy degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Charlotte Lange , P.T., DPT, PCES

Charlotte brings fun and energy to the clinic. She grew up dancing competitively which piqued her interest in physical therapy. Charlotte started her career in 2018 as an orthopedic physical therapist at a sports medicine clinic rehabbing a wide variety of post-op and conservatively managed injuries. She specialized in women's health in January 2021 and has developed a passion for the perinatal population. She loves to blend the orthopedic foundations with pelvic floor physical therapy. Charlotte utilizes dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and cupping frequently in her practice.

Heather Berry, PTA, A.T. Ret.

Heather has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2015. She has worked in the outpatient setting since completing school in 2015. She specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine and aquatic therapy. Heather completed her undergraduate education in athletic training at Wilmington College and associate degree in physical therapist assistant technology from Kent State University at Ashtabula. She has training in kinesio taping, cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Heather and her husband welcomed their first child in April 2022. She enjoys practicing aerial silks and hoop in her free time.

Lara Abramson, PTA

Lara has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021 and currently works as a float for the Dayton market. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient, home health and rehab settings for 32+ years. She specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy and sports medicine services. Lara received an associate of applied science in physical therapy assistant technology at Central Piedmont Community College in 1990. She has training in arthritis group exercise classes, kinesiotaping, lumbar MET, TMJ and level one lymphedema manual drainage. Lara and her husband have a son and daughter, both in college. She enjoys playing with her dog, Mario, reading and taking spin classes in her free time.
