Olentangy - McConnell

Marci has been a member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team since graduating from Ohio University in 2009 and in leadership since 2014. She is a physical therapist by trade and is especially passionate about working with patients with low back pain, amputations and oncology related diagnoses. Outside of work, Marci adores spending time with her husband and little one while exploring all that Columbus has to offer. She loves to travel and considers herself a true foodie!

Tina joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in April of 2019. She came to us with over 25 years of customer service experience. Tina welcomes patients, schedules appointments and verifies insurance, among many other duties. In her spare time Tina enjoys spending time with her family, eating great food and watching football and basketball.

Cheryl joined the NovaCare Rehabilitation team in August 2022, with more than 20 years of experience in customer service. Cheryl has a background in emergency services, pharmacy and patient business services. She is dedicated to patients' needs and satisfaction. Cheryl is a grandmother of seven, which requires a lot of patience. Cheryl is the first and last contact person our patients see. She strives to set the pace for an exceptional service experience at McConnell Spine, Sport and Joint Center.

Mark has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation with OhioHealth since 2019 and a dedicated clinician since 2015. He provides individual treatment plans with attention to manual therapy with the ultimate goal of improving biomechanics, decreasing pain, improving movement and returning each person to their preferred activities and prior level of optimal function. He is proficient in the treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, balance rehabilitation and has special interests in treating all spine, hip, knee , shoulder and ankle pathology. Mark completed his undergraduate education at University of Notre Dame and doctorate of physical therapy from Marquette University. Mark has previous experience working in sports medicine at the University of Notre Dame. He enjoys running half/full marathons, hiking, gardening, going to concerts, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Maureen has been a member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team since July 2019 and has a bachelor's degree of general studies from Ohio University. Maureen verifies insurance, obtains authorizations, welcomes patients and schedules appointments, among many other duties. She loves to read and spend time with her family and rescue puppy.

Veronika has been a member of the McConnell Novacare team since March 2025. As a patient service specialist, she welcomes everyone with a warm smile. As a recently graduated student, she hopes to continue her studies at The Ohio State University. Customer care is her priority and she takes pride in creating a positive and efficient experience for every patient who walks through the door. Recently married, Veronika enjoys balancing personal and professional life with a full schedule. She loves staying busy and thrives in dynamic environments where she can continue learning and growing. Veronika loves working with her team and contributing to the customer service at NovaCare.

Grace has been a member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team since 2024. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in health sciences in 2021 and from Clark State College with a physical therapist assistant degree in 2024. She has a special interest in aquatics and sports medicine and enjoys working with patients from all different backgrounds to help them achieve their therapy goals. When not treating patients, Grace enjoys soccer, OSU football, hiking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Will has been a member of NovaCare since the fall of 2024. Prior to this, he attended both Ohio State University and Louisville where he played soccer throughout his whole undergraduate experience. He then returned home to Indiana where he completed his doctorate in physical therapy at Indiana University. Will enjoys treating highly active patients who are trying to return to sport, half-marathon/marathon/iron man participants or anyone looking to improve their overall quality of movement and activity. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting, running half/full marathons, watching sports and TV, going out to eat or anything involving spending time with his wife.

Allison is an occupational therapist and certified lymphedema therapist who joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in 2026. She brings six years of prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation. She is dedicated to providing individualized and patient-centered care, helping patients return to the activities and roles that matter most to them.

Allison has expertise in treating edema, neurological conditions and cognitive impairments. She also focuses on balance, fine motor skills and coordination deficits.

She earned her bachelor's degree in health and rehabilitation sciences from The Ohio State University and her master's degree in occupational therapy from Walsh University.

Allison enjoys knitting, traveling, games, trivia, and spending time with her family, friends and dogs. 

Ashwini joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in the summer of 2025. She graduated from The Ohio State University with her bachelor's in health sciences and doctorate in physical therapy. She is passionate about fall prevention and return to sport. Ashwini likes to read, cook, try new food, dance and workout. 

Carrie has worked for NovaCare Rehabilitation with OhioHealth since 2004. She has a particular passion for aquatic therapy and finds it rewarding to see patients arrive with limitations and leave the pool encouraged with their improved mobility. She loves to listen to and connect with her patients, helping them achieve their goals and return to their prior level of function.

Carrie graduated from Marion Technical College in 2004. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, going to sporting events and traveling.
