Our Team
Ava Smucker, P.T., DPT
Ava has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2016. Ava specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum treatment and vestibular rehabilitation. She completed her undergraduate education and doctorate of physical therapy from The Ohio State University. She also has certification in dry needling. Ava and her husband have three young children and enjoy spending time outdoors.
Megan Tucker, PTA
Megan has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019. She has worked in the outpatient and inpatient settings. Megan specializes in treating patients who benefit from gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine services and pre/post partum rehabilitation. Megan completed her undergraduate education at The Ohio State University and received an associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Bradford School. She enjoys coaching competitive cheerleading and going to the park with her two golden retrievers.
Doris Genzen, Patient Service Specialist
Doris has been a patient service specialist since 2011. She enjoys the variety and challenges the front desk offers. She also loves helping patients get the most out of their benefits and seeing their progress with their therapy. She enjoys greeting patients with, "It's a great day at NovaCare, how can I help you!", when she answers the phone. She verifies insurance, sets up new patient accounts, obtains authorizations and many other duties. She is active in her church fellowship and has a special place in her heart for women who have survived human trafficking and other abuse survivors.
Keegan Strzepek, PTA
Keegan is a new graduate from physical therapy assistant school and is new to the NovaCare family. He has love for treating sports injuries, post-operative conditions, low back pain and anything shoulder. Keegan graduated from Clark State Community College. He lives with his wife and dog, and his personal interests include strength and resistance training, brewing a good cup of coffee and reading the bible.
