Our Team

Kevin J. Cassidy, P.T., DPT, NPT

Kevin Cassidy is a distinguished member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team who is the market manager for 15 of NovaCare's centers in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky regions. His primary office is located at the Oakley Station facility.

As treating physical therapist, Kevin travels between all centers where he provides exceptional patient care, as well as manages and mentors his staff in clinical and service excellence. Kevin's primary clinical focus is in spine care, pain management and nutritional counseling for wellness and longevity.

Kevin received his bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1993 at Ohio State University, his doctorate in physical therapy in 2022 at Arcadia University and certifications in nutrition and Revital Cancer Rehabilitation.

Yelena Yasnogorodsky, MPT

A member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2004, Yelena specializes in gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, dry needling and orthotics. She graduated from Mount St. Joseph University with a master's degree in physical therapy.

Angie Lambert, MEd, PTA, LAT, ATC

Angie has been with NovaCare since 2003. WIth 17 years of experience as a certified athletic trainer and two years as a full-time outpatient physical therapist assistant.

Angie has worked in the high school, home health and outpatient settings. She specializes in treating patients with joint replacements and those who can benefit in gait training, orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation.

Angie completed her undergraduate degree at Kansas Wesleyan University and her master's degree at Northwestern State University. She graduated in 2015 from Kent State Ashtabula with her physical therapist assistant degree.

In her spare time Angie enjoys going for walks/runs and watching the Houston Astros.

Kayla Smeltzer, PTA

Kayla has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting throughout her five years as a physical therapist assistant. Kayla completed her undergraduate education at the University of Cincinnati earning a bachelor's degree in health sciences and received her physical therapist assistant degree at Sinclair Community College.

She enjoys treating patients of all diagnoses and has experience in general orthopedics, aquatic therapy, balance training and post-operative care. Kayla and her husband have two children and one dog, whom they love to spend time with. Kayla also enjoys spending time with friends and extended family, gardening and watching Cincinnati sports teams.

Marcin Jez, P.T., DPT

A member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2011, Marcin is a PRN physical therapist who has a dual license in Ohio and Kentucky. His main interests are general outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. He is certified in dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation and specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services.

Marcin graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a doctorate in physical therapy. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

Jacob Latkofsky , P.T., DPT

Jacob has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since he graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy from Mount St. Joseph University in 2024. Jacob's interests are in general outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine and vestibular rehabilitation. He also has completed the NovaCare Clinical Excellence Academy, finishing the program with distinction.

Amy Lewis, PTA

Amy has been of member of NovaCare since 2008, with 16 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient and school based settings. Amy completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts and Associate of Applied Science from the University of Cincinnati. When working with a patient, she tries to look at the healing of the whole person and their overall wellness. She enjoys working with the therapists at Oakley Station to ensure a positive healing experience for each patient. She spends her free time going to the theater, reading, and attempting way too many home improvement projects.

Tiffany Stephens, Patient Service Specialist

Tiffany has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation for 19 years, spending most of her time at the Oakley center. Throughout her time with NovaCare she has trained many other patient service specialists and been a resource for them as they answer patient needs. She enjoys meeting and helping all of the new and current patients any way that she can. Tiffany loves spending time with her family and has been married to her husband for 18 years. They have three boys and in her spare time she enjoys reading, crafting and watching Dateline/ID.

Candace Hornsby, Patient Service Specialist

Candace is a highly organized and customer-focused patient service specialist with 19 years of experience with NovaCare Rehabilitation. She is excellent at creating a welcoming atmosphere. Candace is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with family, including three children, a golden retriever and a cat. Her favorite time of year is fall and her favorite sport is football.
