Our Team
Kevin Cassidy, P.T., DPT, CNPT, Market Manager
Kevin is a distinguished member of the NovaCare team and serves as the market manager for 11 centers in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky regions. His primary office is located at the Eastgate facility. As a treating physical therapist, Kevin travels between all centers and provides exceptional patient care and manages and mentors staff in clinical and service excellence.
Kevin's specialties include spine care, trigger point dry needling, nutritional counseling and orthopedic injury management.
Aleeyse Young, P.T., DPT
Aleeyse is a physical therapist at the Eastgate center. She graduated from Gannon University with a doctorate of physical therapy. She began her career at NovaCare in November 2020. Aleeyse brings an energetic, fun and educational atmosphere in the center and to the patients she treats. Aleeyse enjoys treating all patients of all ages and diagnoses, with special interest in outpatient orthopedics and in foot and ankle rehabilitation.
Adam Mattingly, P.T., DPT
Adam has been in practice for the last six years after receiving a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville and doctorate in physical therapy from Mount St. Joseph University. Adam specializes in orthopedic evaluation and treatment as well as trigger point dry needling.
Natasha Beilinson, MOT, OTR/L, CHT, CLT
Natasha brings compassion and dedication to the patients she treats. She was born in Louisiana and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Natasha became a certified hand therapist November 2020 and specializes in treating the upper extremity including tendon injuries, carpal tunnel, arthritis, fractures, elbow and shoulder injuries. Natasha received a master's degree in occupational therapy from Xavier University in 2011. She is a certified hand therapist, certified lymphedema and ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist and a certified functional capacity evaluator.
Rita Willoughby, PTA
Rita graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1990. She has worked in a variety of outpatient settings including general orthopaedics, chronic pain management and rehabilitation of the industrial athlete. Rita has assisted in teaching future physical therapist assistant students at the University of Cincinnati.
Mary Fleming, Patient Service Specialist
Mary is our patient service specialist at the Eastgate office. She has been with NovaCare since 2021 years and started her career at our Blue Ash location. Mary shares her expertise by training new patient service specialists within our market during their initial onboarding as new hires. Mary enjoys exceeding our patients expectations by ensuring they feel welcome and answering all of their questions to the best of her ability. She feels everyone plays a part in delivering an exceptional experience for all of our patients, family and customers.
