At NovaCare Rehabilitation- Clifton, we are conveniently located on the second floor of the Medical Arts Building at 222 Piedmont Ave, Suite 2300, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Heather Graden, MSPT, ATC, OCS
Heather has been a member of NovaCare since 2002, with 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting and has treated a wide variety of patient populations including athletes, dancers, industrial workers, cancer patients and general orthopedic patients including those recovering from surgery. Heather completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Clarke University. She is a board-certified orthopedic specialist. She is active in the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. She focuses on establishing strong relationships with patients.
