Our Team

Michelle Hayes, P.T., DPT

Michelle is the center manager at the Anderson center and has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation for over 10 years. She has earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Kentucky and a doctorate in physical therapy from Belmont University. She is experienced in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation environments. She is certified through Select Medical's ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program and also has her LSVT certification for the comprehensive treatment of Parkinson's disease patients. Michelle has successfully treated a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, post-operative and sports medicine patients with empathy and compassion while guiding them to their optimal status.

Kathryn Nix, P.T., DPT

Kat has been a member of NovaCare since May 2024. She brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born in Colorado Springs, Colorrado, and raised in Union, Kentucky. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Mount St. Joseph University in 2024. Kat enjoys treating orthopedic and pelvic health patients and has a passion for promoting wellness for every patient. Kat works with her team who offer sports, neurological, fall prevention and ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapy at the center.

Jill Inman, P.T., MSPT

Jill received a bachelor's degree in exercise and fitness from Purdue University and earned a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis. A seasoned clinician with NovaCare Rehabilitation with more than 15 years in the outpatient environment, Jill provides an exceptional level of care by utilizing her academic knowledge, her personal experiences within the field and by incorporating innovative techniques to develop treatment plans specific to the needs of each patient. She is experienced in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation environments, and is skilled in the treatment of patients with spine dysfunction and pre- and post-surgical orthopedic interventions as well as a myriad of other conditions and injuries. With compassion, empathy and clinical excellence, Jill is dedicated to improving the quality of life for each of her patients as she guides them to a successful recovery.

Zach Taylor, PTA

Zach earned his physical therapy assistant degree from Shawnee State University. He has been practicing in the orthopedic setting at NovaCare Rehabilitation for over 10 years. Zach performs POET (post offer pre-employment testing) testing for local companies and organizations in addition to treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, both pre and post-operatively providing excellent and experienced care to help return patients to their prior levels of function.
