All Services Success Stories

Jane Clifford

Jane Clifford, an avid adventurer, first came to NovaCare Rehabilitation in 2010 after elbow surgery. She returned in 2014 after another surgery and in 2019 with hip pain. Then she broke her wrist and was forced to cancel an upcoming adventure to Antarctica. Jane had wrist surgery and returned for her fourth round of care. While still recovering from that injury, she decided to move forward with foot surgery and began rehabilitating that, too. She rebooked her Antarctica trip for February 2025; arthritis had taken hold by that time. Determined to make her trip a reality, in January she returned to us again. Finally, Jane hiked and kayaked in Antarctica, then explored Buenos Aires, all with strength, and confidence. She'll be back again soon -- for hip replacement -- but Jane knows that when you find care that works, you don't look elsewhere.
