Our Team

Megan Gallagher, O.T., CHT, Center Manager

Megan has been a part of the NovaCare family since 2003. With more than 28 years of experience, Megan specializes in hand therapy including fractures, nerve, tendon as well as soft tissue injuries. She also has a specialization in ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation. She is a 1991 graduate of Rutgers University and completed her occupational therapy program at Temple University in 1994. She achieved certified hand therapist specialty is 2005. Megan is passionate about returning each person back to their pre-injury level of function. She provides exceptional care in a compassionate and friendly environment.

Samantha Baile, P.T., DPT

Samantha has been a member of NovaCare since 2020, with 2 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient setting for 2 years. She specializes in treating patients who benefit from sports rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, joint replacement rehabilitation and TMJ treatment. Samantha is also a ReVital certified therapist, which is a cancer rehabilitation program. Samantha received her doctorate of physical therapy from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Samantha is a Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys watching the Sixers, Phillies and Eagles in her free time.

Donna Barrett, O.T.

Donna has been a registered occupational therapist for over 39 years, and a valued employee of Select Medical since 2003. She has worked in outpatient, inpatient, home health settings and directed head injury programs. Donna is certified/advanced certified in the neurodevelopmental treatment of stroke, head injury and other neurological conditions. She is experienced in cognitive rehabilitation, and is certified in ReVital cancer treatment. Her specialties also include shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries, including treatment for the arthritic hand. Donna is graduate of Kean University, and enjoys hiking, reading and traveling in her free time.

Patricia "Tricia" Boyle, P.T., DPT

Tricia has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2004. She specializes in outpatient physical therapy treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Tricia completed her graduate education at Stockton College, receiving a doctorate of physical therapy. In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga and spending time with her family and her dog.

Bruce Tan, P.T., DPT

Bruce has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2022, with 10 years of clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and performance settings and has experience in both the Military and private sectors. Bruce specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. He completed his undergraduate education and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Bellarmine University in 2011. He is also a certified running technique specialist though Pose Method and has done extensive continuing education in the area of functional movement and sports performance. In his free time he enjoys fishing and running.

Alyson Terranova, P.T., DPT

Alyson has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2107, with 5 years of clinical experience in the outpatient setting. Alyson specializes in treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions as well as post-surgical interventions. Alyson treats hip, shoulder, knee and ankle injuries, as well as neck and low back pain and herniated discs. Alyson completed her undergraduate education at Montclair State University, held certifications in recreation therapy and child life and worked in pediatrics for over 10 years prior to obtaining her doctorate of physical therapy from Long Island University.

Telerehab with a Spanish Speaking Therapist

For our Spanish speaking patients, NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pennsville, NJ is now offering telerehab with a Spanish speaking therapist.  We are offering  therapy from the comfort and safety of your home through our telerehab program.
