Our Team

Beth Staines, MSPT, Center Manager

Beth has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2007, with 18 years of clinical experience. Beth is skilled in the rehabilitation of a myriad of orthopedic injuries including post-op rotator cuff repairs and total joint replacements. An advocate for a multi-faceted approach to wellness and rehabilitation, she is proficient in core strengthening and stability techniques and incorporates physician approved rehabilitative Pilates into her patient's programs. Beth's hallmark is compassionate and individual care where she places a strong emphasis on patient education and self-care management. Beth earned a bachelor's degree in biology and master's degree of physical therapy from Richard Stockton College in Pomona. Beth is also a certified lymphedema therapist from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy and a specialist in ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation.

Melissa Ring, P.T., DPT

Melissa uses hands-on skills in the rehabilitation of a variety of orthopedic injuries and post-surgical interventions with a special interest in spinal injuries. A dedicated professional therapist, Melissa is focused on giving patients the highest quality care and treatment. Educating each patient on their diagnosis, body mechanics and injury prevention is a priority for her as she guides individuals to a successful recovery. An alumna of Richard Stockton College in Pomona, Melissa earned a bachelor's degree in applied science and doctorate of physical therapy. She has completed continuing education courses in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, electrotherapy and evidence-based treatment for low back pain.

Allison Andreano , P.T.

Allison is a dedicated professional with a passion for excellence in patient care. While she is skilled in the treatment of a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions and post-surgical interventions, she also has a noted interest in the rehabilitation of sports injuries where she has seen much success. Allison has completed rigorous training in the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program to become a specialist in this area of treatment. Her competence and enthusiasm is evidenced each day in the one-on-one compassionate care she gives to every patient.

Success Stories

Zach Fornuto

Zach Fornuto suffered a knee injury from a skiing accident last year that left him with ligament tears, a fractured tibia and a meniscus tear. He was referred to our center for pre-operative physical therapy, or prehab, by his surgeon to strengthen his knee before surgery and help expedite his recovery. Physical Therapist Melissa Ring and team worked with Zach before surgery and then again after surgery to restore his strength, balance and flexibility. After months of hard work, Zach was cleared to return to sports and recently made his return to the ski slopes. Congrats, Zach, and thank you for choosing us to be part of your recovery journey.
