Our Team

Dorothy Lehr, MSPT, DPT, Market Manager

Dorothy is the center manager of NovaCare's Burlington location and market manager supervising several area centers. With more than 15 years of exceptional patient care to her credit, Dot is an accomplished clinician with a focus on orthopedics. Her true expertise is realized in sports rehabilitation and performance training where she successfully treats cervical/lumbar and shoulder pathologies, brachial plexopathy and a myriad of other injuries and conditions. Dorothy's hallmark is fully engaged patient care centering on patient education about ergonomics and proper body mechanics to avoid re-injury. Dot earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 2005 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2008 from Richard Stockton College.

Aaron Wise, PTA

Aaron is a physical therapist assistant. Aaron's hallmark is fully engaged patient care, providing comprehensive treatment for all musculoskeletal conditions including balance disorders. Aaron is a graduate of South University in Florida.

Christopher Makai, COTA

Christopher is an occupational therapist assistant and clinical veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the field. Chris has honed hands-on techniques for wrist, elbow and finger fractures and digit amputations, to CTS, trigger finger, nerve palsy and crush injuries. Chris is an alumnus of Harcum College where he was a Dean's list student and the class president of occupational therapy.

Steven Bucci, MOT, OTR/L

Steven is a dedicated professional who is committed to providing superior clinical care in a supportive and encouraging environment. From the time a patient walks into the clinic to the day of discharge, Steve is fully engaged in making occupational therapy a great experience for that individual. He has notable success in the rehabilitation of distal radius fractures, lateral epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, thumb CMC injuries, and metacarpal fractures. At the forefront of his practice, Steve creates innovative programs that challenge, strengthen and restore, while empowering his patients to take an active role in the success of their rehabilitation journey. Future plans for Steve include earning his designation as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).

Lori Auletta, P.T., CHT

Lori has garnered a wealth of knowledge from her more than 22 years of service treating patients in the outpatient, inpatient, hospital and home health settings. Lori is an alumna of Trenton State College with a bachelor's degree in biology, and Hahnemann University with a master's degree in physical therapy. In 2002, Lori became a certified hand therapist.

Todd Barge, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT

Todd is an accomplished physical therapist with more than 15 years of exceptional patient care to his credit. Todd specializes in orthopedic conditions especially low back pain, shoulder injuries, ACL injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation as well as vestibular and balance disorders. Both teacher and mentor, Todd is a dedicated professional whose hallmark is evidence-based treatment, thoroughness and compassionate care for his patients. At the forefront of his practice, Todd strives to treat all of his patients with resourcefulness, knowledge, and determined vision, while also instructing them and giving them the correct body mechanics and skills required to stay injury free. Todd received his master's degree in 2007 and his doctorate in physical therapy in 2009 from Rutgers University.

Telerehab Program

At NovaCare Rehabilitation, we offer physical and occupational therapy virtually from the comfort of your home through our telerehab program.
