Our Team
Kyle Bastie, CPO and Multisite Manager
Kyle chose to pursue a career in prosthetics after a motorcycle accident left him as an amputee himself. He found the field of prosthetics to be fascinating and wanted to help other people with similar experiences as himself. He has been working with amputees in prosthetics since 1994 and specializes in lower extremity prosthetics, mainly above knee prosthetics where he has a personal understanding of some hurdles patients face.
Denise Lands, Patient Services Specialist
Denise never thought about prosthetics and orthotics until someone in her family was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Ankle foot orthosis became a common term. Being in customer service for more than 25 years she decided to try working in the P&O field and has been here since 2018. She enjoys working with patients, meeting knew people and hearing their stories about what brought them here.
Danny Parish, BOCO
Danny brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He was born and raised in Farmington, Missouri. Danny enjoys treating patients of all kinds, fabricating most of his own products and helping aid patients to the best of his abilities. He also loves to do remodeling work, woodworking and is a Realtor.
