Our Team

Dave Moga, P.T., DPT

Dave was born and raised in Shoreview, then served 20 years in the U.S. Army before returning home to Minnesota to pursue his second career as a physical therapist with a degree from the University of Minnesota. He uses a balanced treatment approach of exercise, hands-on therapy and individualized education to help patients better understand how their body moves. Dave brings a lifetime of selfless service and teamwork to help others overcome adversity and achieve their personal goals. He enjoys woodworking, outdoor cooking, fishing and teaming up with his wife to keep up with their three young children.

Tatyana Burlakova, PTA

Tatyana is a graduate of the St. Catherine University, where she earned her physical therapist assistant degree. She has experience working in multiple settings, including hospital, transitional care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, home care and as a traveling PTA in multiple states. Tatyana has specialized training and experience in lymphedema treatment, various manual therapy techniques for the neck and back and SI-joint dysfunction. What truly means the most to Tatyana is seeing her patients feeling better and reaching beyond their goals.

May 17, 2024

Congratulations to Corinne Meisel, physical therapist and center manager, for recently being awarded the American Physical Therapy Association of MN Outstanding Service Award.

This award recognizes individuals who exemplify consistent service to the field of physical therapy, beyond that inherent in being a member of the profession. The nominee typically will have contributed heavily in physical therapy education, clinical research, and patient care services.
