Our Team

Ryan Torgrude, DPT, OCS, MTC, CSCS

Ryan is board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy and certified in manual therapy and uses these techniques in combination with exercise and pain science education to help patients heal. Ryan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist committed to returning patients to active lifestyles.

Ryan received a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2000 and doctorate in physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy and spine care from University of St. Augustine in 2005.

Kristine Trimble, P.T., DPT

Kristine is a licensed physical therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She provides specialized care that focuses on treating individuals living with complex, chronic conditions, including dysautonomia, POTS, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome and related disorders.

Kristine is passionate about bridging the gap between medical complexity and meaningful recovery. She partners with each patient to create personalized strategies for pacing, mobility, strength and long-term wellness. She meets each person where they are and helps them move forward with confidence.

Max Zakowicz, DPT

Max has a passion for getting patients back to what they love to do most, through a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional training through a whole-body, holistic approach. He has a background in Pilates, which he incorporates into treatment through principles such as breathwork, centering and mindful movement. Max enjoys working with patients with chronic pain, neurological conditions and orthopedic conditions to reach their goals.

Max earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles. He enjoys playing soccer, grilling in the sunshine and exploring new places.

Congratulations to Corinne Meisel, physical therapist and center manager, for recently being awarded the American Physical Therapy Association of MN Outstanding Service Award.

This award recognizes individuals who exemplify consistent service to the field of physical therapy, beyond that inherent in being a member of the profession. The nominee typically will have contributed heavily in physical therapy education, clinical research, and patient care services.
