Our Team

Aaron Megazzi, P.T., DPT, OCS, Center Manager

Aaron grew up in a small coastal town in northern California and has been a physical therapist since 2014. He has worked in outpatient orthopedics, as well as managing a rehabilitation team at a skilled nursing facility. Aaron enjoys treating a wide range of patient populations, especially individuals with overuse and running-related injuries. Aaron grew up running through the redwoods and on the beaches of California. He speaks basic Spanish and can communicate in American Sign Language. He loves to read, cook and go camping with his wife and dog.

Elaina Coscarella, OTR/L

Elaina is a native Michigander, who attended Michigan State University as an undergraduate and loves to root for the Spartans and Detroit Tigers. She has experience working with NovaCare for over 4 years while as an undergraduate intern in addition to graduate school fieldwork. Elaina has several years of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and has always been passionate about working with children. Her hobbies and past teaching experience in dance and ABA bring a unique perspective to treatment of her patients including motor sequencing through dance and integration of the applied behavioral frame of reference. Elaina enjoys traveling around the country and hopes to visit Europe in the near future. In her spare time, you can find Elaina with a good book or baking sweet treats.

Alysa Hoffman-Comperchio, P.T., DPT

Alysa graduated with a bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University in 2016 and doctorate of physical therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2019. Alysa is versed in providing in- home therapy and outpatient therapy services. Her clinical forte includes joint replacement rehabilitation, return to work, pediatrics, gait training, balance retraining and functional task training. Alysa enjoys helping people improve their functional mobility and return to their favorite activities. She likes traveling with her husband, water skiing, playing saxophone, riding her motorcycle, gardening and caring for her cats and pet snake.

Jordan Copeland, PTA

Jordan brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He was born and raised in Dewitt, Michigan. Jordan enjoys different sports including basketball, football and track. He has great passion and enjoys treating patients of all backgrounds. He has experience with aquatic therapy and treated in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient centers.
