Our Team

Jennifer Smith, PTA, Center Manager

Jennifer is a physical therapist assistant and the center manager for the McCoole/Westernport location. Jenny received an associate degree in physical therapist assistant from Allegany College of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in health and wellness from California University of Pennsylvania. She has completed numerous continuing education courses. She has been practicing since 2002 and has special interest in the treatment of orthopedics, pediatrics and manual therapy.

Sheila Brant, OTR/L, CLT

Sheila earned a master's degree in occupational therapy from Towson University in 1999 and doctorate in science in rehabilitation from Rocky Mount University in 2008. Sheila is a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation certified therapist specializing in cancer-related fatigue, chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy and chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment. Sheila holds certification from the Academy of Lymphatic studies as a certified lymphedema therapist and in manual therapy with focus on shoulder rehabilitation.

Jaime Fazzalore, COTA/L

Jaime earned an associate degree in occupational therapy assistant from Community College of Allegheny County in 1997. She has been practicing since 1997 in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. She has competed several hours of continuing education courses, including splint fabrication, fall prevention and treatment of the upper extremity injuries. She also provides activities of daily living skills training and adaptive equipment training.
