Our Team

Melissa Bloom, P.T., DPT, NCS

Melissa is a board-certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy with over 20 years of experience treating patients with neurologic diagnoses. Her primary practice and specialty is with vestibular disorders and concussions. Melissa teaches continuing education and has spoken nationally on both of these topics. She is Select Medical's Outpatient Division's national coordinator of concussion and vestibular services and has served as a board member on the APTA's vestibular specialist interest group and as the chair of the Georgia neurologic special interest group.

Jennifer Kline Donovan, MPT, CMTPT, ATC

Jennifer is a graduate of Gettysburg College and Masters of Physical Therapy program at Hahnemann University (now Drexel University). Jennifer has more than 25 years experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, specializing in sports medicine and rehabilitation of the shoulder joint complex. She is also certified in trigger point dry needling.

Zachary Egolf, PTA

Zac graduated from Carroll Community College in 2018 with an associates degree in physical therapist assistant. Zac has worked at multiple NovaCare Rehabilitation offices throughout Baltimore County since starting with the company in early 2019 and has worked with a variety of patient populations and diagnoses. In 2022, he obtained credentialing for clinical instructing to improve his skills, and to educate the next generation of therapist assistants during their clinical rotations.
